The Tai Chi form is a set number of precise moves, performed in sequence, which helps your chi to move freely around your body. This will enable you to become fitter, more balanced, more relaxed and feel invigorated as well.

We will teach you the basic building blocks so that you can learn the form quickly and properly.

How to work with the body's natural energy.

Qigong

Qigong is the ability to increase and store your body's Chi. This is very important in promoting both health and a stress free mind.

Chi Circulation

Chi Circulation is the ability to move energy around the body through a series of exercises which stimulate Chi through the energy Meridians within the body, as well as improving timing and co-ordination of movements.

Wu Chi Stance

For posture alignment and connecting heaven and earth energy.

Standing Postures

The exercise system know as standing like a tree helps to promote the flow of Chi and release tension, and is one of the most powerful forms of Qigong.

Eight Pieces of Brocade

This is a series of stretch exercises and can be incorporated as part of the warm up routine.

Meditation

Whilst practising the Tai Chi form the mind finds the ability to still itself. This reflects into the physical body and allows greater mental clarity and focus.

Weapons 

Weapons Forms for those students who wish to learn the grace and beauty of weapons form we offer Tai Chi sword , broad sword and fan.

Pushing Hands

Pushing hands is the bridge between the Tai Chi form and its martial art application. It is a two partners exercise to help develop awareness, balance and sensitivity.

Self Defence Application

Tai Chi is a martial art and students will be shown the martial art applications of the movements in the form. This helps to understand how Chi flows.
